Contained about Girieud
---
At the same time, the Modern gallery exhibits the works of two painters who are opposed point by point to the precedent: they are Franz Marc, a Munich painter, and Pierre Girieud, a Parisian (...) Girieud exposes works that will be missed no doubt of interest, but the primitive design which he endeavors to render presents, besides obviously successful parts and which manifest talent, other parts which fail to give that naive impression that the the author has tried to test.
