Contained about Girieud
A group of artists, largely composed of young people, submit to the public, rue Royale, 20, about fifty unequal works, but whose interest is none the less very real. The youth squad is represented by Pierre Farrey, André Favory, Gabriel Fournier, Alfred Lombard, and Louis Riou. Prior to one or two generations, Girieud and Waroquier accompanied the pack in a tight-file. Between mature men and young people, the only apparent point of contact is the arbitrariness of a color in which brown dominates. There is also a common propensity between Girieud and most young people to give the study of form a brutality that is undoubtedly necessary to rule out any possibility of returning to the empty formulas of the School.
